天水麻辣燙老板談爆火:甘谷的辣椒和自己真誠的心 

最近,一碗麻辣燙讓甘肅天水火爆“出圈”。隨著越來越多的食客涌入這座歷史名城排長隊嘗上一口網紅美食。這也讓麻辣燙店主吳志剛每天忙到只能休息四五個小時,但他喜于言表地透露自己的收入翻倍了。

吳志剛從業二十多年,見證了天水麻辣燙從一碗普通的地方小吃成長為全國聞名的美食。隨著近期麻辣燙的火爆。為了應對生意的火爆,吳志剛不得不從原本的家族式經營模式,轉變為聘請更多員工的運營方式。“以前我們家四五個人幫忙就夠了,但現在這樣肯定不行。”吳志剛說,如今店里有了12名員工,而他自己每天晚上要忙到凌晨三四點。

雖然辛苦勞累,但為了讓外地來的“粉寶們”都吃上粉,他表示要鼓起精神加油干!他說做出美味麻辣燙的秘訣:“首先是一顆真誠的心,再用上甘谷的辣椒、定西的土豆粉,就一定能做出來一碗熱噴噴、香香辣辣的手搟粉。”
